People ask " Why did you decide to start a Custom Apparel Company?". I laugh because I never meant to.

Back in 2020, the cattle brand that my husbands grandfather passed down to him was coming 100 years old. I thought it would be VERY  cool if I could get him a Leather Patch Hat. Little did I know how hard that would be. Shops didn't want to work with me unless I ordered 24 hats. I didn't need 24! 

I knew if I had this problem, others did too.

I told him we should buy a Laser Machine ( and I know you are thinking that is a little much just for one Leather Patch Hat, but that is just how my brain works)

He first thought I was CRAZY but quickly became my BIGGEST supporter.

Fast forward 4 years later it has taken on a mind of its own and we are only becoming bigger and better.

  • What is better? Real Leather (Veg Tan) or Faux Leather?
    All depends on what you are putting it on. Real leather is a way better product and will stand the test of time, but it can not be washed easy! Faux leather can be tossed in the washing machine when applied to clothing or toques.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity I need to place?
    No, if you just want one, we can get you one! But, if you do order more, it is definitely the better deal.
  • Can I return my order?
    At this time, no. All sales are final. However, if a malfunction or defect occurs, we will provide a full refund or exchange upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We take Mastercard, Visa or e-transfer!
  • Is there a bulk order discount?
    Yes, simply fill out a form and tell us what you are looking for in bulk.
  • Is a deposit required for custom orders?
    All custom orders must be paid in full before starting.
  • How long do orders take?
    Orders can take 2-4 weeks. Please note, orders can take longer during the busy seasons. (i.e Christmas) Orders are processed in the order they are received, ensuring no customer's item is delayed or moved down the production line. This guarantees fair and consistent service for all customers.
  • How will my order be shipped?
    For Canadian Customers: We ship through Canada Post, choosing the most cost-effective option to minimize expenses. Every order within Canada includes a tracking number, with shipping rates based on the size and weight of your items. For U.S. Customers: We also use Canada Post for shipping to the U.S., opting for the most affordable tracked parcel option available. While this may not be the lowest-cost method, it ensures the safety of your package.
